This piano course is for the young beginner. Use Prep Books 1-A and 1-B instead of It's Piano Lesson Time, Book 1. Beginning in Middle C position with traditional melodies and folk songs, the course advances at a slower pace but has additional pieces and more note-naming practice. Each book includes music theory, writing, and ear training as well as clear and colorful diagrams and illustrations. This series makes learning fun and teaching easy. After completing Prep Book 1-B, students advance to It's Piano Lesson Time, Book 2.
